Teen CLASSES

Teen BOXING CLASSES

At our teen boxing program, we do more than just teach punches, we help teens build confidence, discipline, and resilience that lasts beyond the gym. Designed for ages 9–15, our classes are held five times a week, giving teens the opportunity to develop skills at their own pace while staying active and engaged.

Our experienced coaches guide each student through technique and footwork in a supportive and safe environment. Through consistent practice and positive encouragement, teens gain self-confidence, learn to overcome challenges, and discover their own inner strength. They’ll make new friends, push their limits, and leave each class feeling proud of what they’ve achieved.
